Build a Microschool Parents Can Trust.
Microschool Launch Studio helps founders turn a school idea into a credible, parent-facing, enrollment-ready model — with clear messaging, admissions systems, tuition language, curriculum framing, and launch strategy — guided by a two-time school founder.
Built by a school founder. Not by an algorithm.
Most microschool founders are building the school and the launch at the same time. That is why so many stall.
No launch infrastructure
You have a mission and a curriculum idea. You do not yet have a positioning statement, a tuition model, an inquiry funnel, or a parent handbook. The launch cannot move until those exist.
No credible parent-facing story
Your website reads like a homeschool co-op. Parents willing to pay private tuition need to see a school that looks like a school before they will book a tour.
No operator on your side
You have friends, a Facebook group, and templates. What you do not have is a school founder who has actually opened schools, run admissions, and defended tuition to skeptical parents.
This is not an AI agency. It is a school founder's workshop.
I am not an AI consultant trying to understand schools. I am a school founder using AI to help other founders build faster, cleaner, and more professionally.
Every engagement runs through my judgment. AI accelerates the drafting and production work so we can compress three to six months of founder decisions into a defined sequence with real deliverables. Every artifact you receive has been reviewed by an operator who has built schools himself.
Four ways to work with the Studio.
One framework, four levels of support — from a $250 Discovery Session to a complete enrollment-ready school.
Discovery Session
The starting point for every engagement.
A two-hour founder-led session with Dr. Harris. We map where your school stands, name what is actually blocking the launch, and decide whether the 72-Hour Audit is the right next step. The $250 is credited toward the Audit if you upgrade within 30 days.
72-Hour Launch Audit
A written diagnostic for pre-launch or operating schools.
A seven-category diagnostic delivered 72 hours after intake. For pre-launch founders, it is the door into the process. For operating schools, it is an outside diagnostic — the same read applied to a school already running. Standalone deliverable. If you choose to move to the Full Buildout within 30 days, the $1,500 is credited toward it.
Full Microschool Buildout
A complete enrollment-ready school.
Six to ten weeks. Every parent-facing document, the website preview, the admissions system, the operating cadence, and the founder-facing dashboard. Four milestone installments of $2,500. You receive the site preview plus source files and choose where to host it — we hand off; we do not operate.
Design Lab
On-demand working space with Dr. Harris.
An ongoing working space you can pull into any point in the path — mission language, tuition decisions, admissions questions, curriculum framing, hiring calls. $1,500 à la carte for a five-hour block, or $250 per month for six months for three hours a month. Sits alongside the path; it is not a stage.
Serious founders. Not idea browsers.
For — you are:
- A microschool, homeschool hybrid, or small private school founder
- Pre-launch or within your first 18 months open
- Willing to invest in launch infrastructure that reflects the tuition you plan to charge
- Ready to make decisions and produce deliverables inside a defined timeline
- Looking for an operator who has built schools himself
Not for — this is not the right fit if:
- You are still deciding whether to open a school
- You want templates without expert review
- You want to be told AI can build your school for you
- You are looking for the cheapest option in the market
AI accelerates production. Human judgment holds the standard.
AI drafts.
Positioning statements, parent FAQs, website copy, curriculum frameworks, and social calendars start as AI-assisted drafts built from the founder intake.
The associate refines.
Drafts are edited by a trained associate against the Studio's style and standard.
Dr. Harris reviews.
No document reaches the client without Dr. Harris's sign-off. His judgment is what you are paying for.
We publish our AI-use disclosure openly. AI never decides tuition, mission, curriculum, target family, or hiring. Founders and Dr. Harris do.

The Microschool Launch Readiness Checklist
A diagnostic across seven categories — school concept, financial model, admissions, marketing, parent-facing operations, compliance, and founder capacity. The same framework used inside the 72-Hour Audit.
One short piece a week from Dr. Harris.
The day-to-day thinking behind a launch — tuition, admissions, parent-facing credibility, founder capacity. Written by a founder who has built two schools, not a consultant looking in.
